Cupping Therapy — 30 Minutes — $50

Cupping therapy uses silicone suction cups to lift and nourish soft tissue, easing muscular tension and improving mobility. Cups may be glided along the body to work with muscles and connective tissue fibers, or placed directly over trigger points and regions of tension to release gradually. The decompressive action helps move stagnant blood, lymph, and cellular waste to the surface, where they can be processed and cleared by the body. Most clients find the experience deeply relieving and pleasantly relaxing. Mild redness may appear on the skin; these marks are a normal part of the process and typically fade within a week.

Gua Sha Therapy — 30 Minutes — $50

Gua Sha therapy uses smooth-edged tools to gently release restrictions in the fascia and underlying tissues. Rhythmic, flowing strokes help ease muscular tension and support healthy movement of blood and lymph. This focused session can relieve chronic tightness, stiffness, or postural strain, leaving the tissues feeling refreshed, open, and renewed. Mild redness may appear on the skin; these marks are a normal part of the process and typically fade within a week.
